Purpose This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling and securing services with JoePal Consulting Services, a digital drop-service business specializing in writing, editing, and documentation services. The policy ensures clarity, transparency, and a smooth workflow between clients and consultants. 2. Booking Procedure • Service Request: Clients must book services through the official email (joejoeconteh1@gmail.com) or online booking form on the JoePal website. • Service Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only after written acknowledgment from JoePal Consulting Services. • Quotation: Clients will receive a quotation outlining the project scope, cost, and delivery timeline before confirmation. • Acceptance: Work begins only after the client has approved the quotation and fulfilled the payment requirement as described below. 3. Payment Terms • Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion, before final document delivery. • Full Payment for Small Tasks: For services under $100, full payment is required upfront. • Payment Methods: Accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, CashApp, or other approved digital payment channels. • Late Payments: Delay in payment may postpone delivery or result in service cancellation. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Client Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may qualify for a partial refund, minus administrative costs. After this period, deposits are non-refundable. • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule within 48 hours of the agreed start date at no extra cost. • Company Cancellations: In rare cases where JoePal Consulting Services must cancel or postpone a project, clients may choose a rescheduled date or request a full refund of any payments made. 5. Project Timelines • Project turnaround times vary depending on service type and workload. Estimated delivery dates are communicated during booking. • Rush Orders: Express delivery requests (within 24–48 hours) attract a 20–40% surcharge depending on complexity. • JoePal Consulting Services is not liable for delays caused by late client responses, incomplete materials, or changes in project scope. 6.
